An exclusive Tilton Fitness group program designed to give you a guided introduction to exercise. Land-based and aquatic classes are available.

This program is designed for new exercisers, individuals recovering from an injury, or anyone wanting to get started with a fitness program.

Functionally-based workouts incorporating strength, cardiovascular, balance, flexibility, and core movements.

Participants meet with a Certified Personal Trainer every six weeks to assess progress and discuss any course adjustments to ensure you are successful in reaching your goals.

Body composition and metabolic analysis included.
