to Fitness.

This group program is designed to increase cardiovascular strength and endurance while abiding by the target heart rate and guidelines set by the physician.

Daily tracking of blood pressure and perceived exertion are included and are available for you to review with your referring physician.

Body composition and metabolic analysis included.

Physician clearance is required.
