With one-on-one personal training, you’ll gain the knowledge, motivation and confidence you need to achieve your fitness goals. A Tilton Fitness Certified Personal Trainer will customize a safe and efficient program based on your current skills and fitness level. All of the Tilton Fitness Personal Trainers are certified professionals, many of whom have degrees in their field.

One-on-One Training – Our most popular training program. Each program is designed to achieve optimum results through cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. Monthly personal training programs are also available. See club for details.

Sport/Youth Specific Functional Training – A premier program focused on an individual activity or sport including golf, soccer, basketball, football and much more.

Aquatics Specific Training – Increase your stamina and cardiovascular potential while safely strengthening you core muscle groups.

Pilates Specific Training – This body conditioning program strengthens core muscle groups, improves flexibility and enhances balance.

Partner Training – A fun and cost effective way to train with someone of similar fitness abilities and goals. Our personal trainers will develop a varied exercise program to achieve your common goals.
