Tilton Fitness Appoints Fitness Directors
Tilton Fitness has announced the appointment of three individuals as Fitness Directors. Ryan Ojeda is the new Fitness Director of the Northfield club, Darren Haviland is with the Galloway club and Paul Brones is based at the Mays Landing facility.

Ojeda comes to Tilton Fitness from the Parisi Speed School in Fair Lawn, NJ. He has worked with professional athletes from the MLB, NFL and NHL, as well as more than 100 NCAA Division I athletes. He is a graduate of Colgate University, where he was a member of the football and track teams, earning all-league honors in the 400 meters. Ojeda graduated from Holy Spirit High School where he was a 4-year starter as wide receiver/ defensive back on the football team and the 1997 200-meter Parochial A State Track Champion. He was awarded the Old Grad Award, recognizing him as the best high school senior athlete in Atlantic County.
Ojeda specializes in the biomechanics of athletic movements. He is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and uses all his experience to develop the best and most effective programs possible for Tilton Fitness members.

Paul Brones graduated from Bloomsburg (PA) University in May 2009 with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. His approach to fitness centers around the belief that the human body is an extremely well-built and intricate machine, one that must be well-maintained in order to achieve maximum potential, peak performance, longevity and enhanced quality of life. Brones resides in Ocean City.
