About Me: My interest in health and fitness began in high school when I got my first gym membership and walked into a step aerobics class! I was hooked. I tried almost every "fad workout" that came along. I graduated from Rider University in 1999 with a Masters Degree in Counseling. In the years that followed I raised three children, workout out through each of the pregnancies and returning to pre-pregnancy weight each time. I decided to get my personal training certification because so many people would approach me in the gym and ask what I was doing or if I could offer any advice on their workout or diet. It has served me well and I enjoy sharing my passion with others.
