Fitness Classes Breakdown

  • Group Exercise | Included with Membership +

    Group exercise classes are free to all of our members and a great way to get to in shape, build stamina, and gain strength throughout your entire body. These classes are designed to help motivate you with a highly energetic atmosphere along with other motivated members trying to reach similar goals. Group exercise classes can range from 15-30 members per class. 

  • Small Group | Fee Based Classes +

    With over 35 Small Group Classes every week, we offer a large variety of classes to match your tempo and fitness level. These classes are taught by our certified personal trainers to offer a one-on-one personal training feel in a small group setting. Small group classes can range from 3-8 members and are fee based and are listed with a *fee based tag in the titles below.
